    Some times the governments are miopic and can not vision the after effects of their decisions.Why the government of Canada has arbitrarily decided not to issue SoN. The govt. acted despotically which has caused the student-resident Doctors future hanging in balance. All such actions by the govt. must be rescinded and allow freely all students to flourish with their career.
