INTO THE MEDICAL PROFESSION BUT CANADIANS CANNOT.
Although oil rich medical graduates are under contract to go home to serve their country once they have completed their training,
some do not.
A review of the College rolls shows that some of these residents apply and are admitted to practice medicine in Canada.
Canadians are not entitled to buy their way into residencies.
