  • MEDICAL GRADUATES FROM OIL RICH COUNTRIES CAN BUY THEIR WAY INTO THE MEDICAL PROFESSION BUT CANADIANS CANNOT.
    • Although oil rich medical graduates are under contract to go home to serve their country once they have completed their training, some do not.
    • A review of the College rolls shows that some of these residents apply and are admitted to practice medicine in Canada.
    • Canadians are not entitled to buy their way into residencies.
